Business development

Growth starts with the right problem

To me, business development is the work of finding where a real customer challenge meets a solution that genuinely fits — and then building the relationships that let both sides grow. Having worked on the technology side, I look at opportunities with a practical question in mind: will this actually work for the customer?

  1. Business development strategy

Deciding where to focus — which markets, segments and offers deserve time — instead of chasing every lead.

  2. Market research & opportunity identification

Understanding industries, buyers and their pressures well enough to see opportunities before they become tenders.

  3. Lead generation & qualification

Building a steady flow of conversations, then being honest about which ones have a real need, budget and timing.

  4. Strategic partnerships & ecosystems

Working with vendors, distributors, integrators and complementary partners so customers get a complete solution.

  5. Relationship development

Growth that lasts comes from trust: following through, adding value between deals, and thinking long term.

  6. From customer challenge to technology solution

Translating a business problem into the right mix of technology — and knowing when the honest answer is “not yet”.
